Tim did a stellar job for us when we had the unfortunate
circumstance of having to short sell our home. He made everything so easy and
got us the best deal possible. He helped us handle all of the paperwork and
dealt with the bank and the new buyer and we never even had to talk to anyone
ourselves — we were spoiled! Tim really knows his stuff and on top of that is
